Permanent adhesive: Strong adhesion for your labels
Permanent adhesive labels are essential for correct and, above all, long-term marking of your products. Labels must stick reliably and strongly, even on difficult surfaces, and be permanently legible. Labels from labelletiquette.fr come as standard with a general-purpose permanent adhesive. This adhesive offers excellent adhesion to a wide range of substrates and supports, making it suitable for almost all sectors and products. Safe labeling must be guaranteed, especially when products come into contact with oil or moisture.
At the same time, permanent self-adhesive labels can, of course, be custom-designed according to your wishes and specifications, and, if you wish, can also be embellished. Do the labels also need to be protected against moisture and dirt? Then we recommend a protective varnish or film lamination. Would you like some colorful accents? How about hot foil stamping in gold, silver or another color? Let us inspire you with our different finishes and give your labels that special something.
In addition to standard adhesives, which are normally designed for a temperature range of -20°C to +80°C, labelletiquette.fr also offers a special frozen food adhesive. This has been developed for particularly low temperatures, down to -40°C. For certain sectors and industries, it’s essential that products are labeled securely and durably legible, even at sub-zero temperatures. Our frozen food adhesive guarantees reliable adhesion and long-lasting legibility of your labels.
How to order your permanent adhesive labels :
- Enter the quantity of labels you require. With digital printing, even small print runs are profitable.
- Choose the number of versions you wish to print. Within a single order, you can print label versions of identical shapes, sizes and substrates, with only the printing image changing.
During the ordering process, you can enter the number of labels you want per version. You can give each version a different name. On the online calculator, under “Total quantity”, you must enter the total number of labels you wish to receive. Example: Total quantity of 2200 labels in 3 versions (Version 1: 400 copies; Version 2: 600 copies; Version 3: 1200 copies). - Indicate the dimensions of your labels.
- Select the desired material: paper or vinyl film.
- If you like, choose a finish for your labels. Find an overview of the different finishes available.
- Select the shape of your label. You can choose between a rectangular, round or completely customized label shape. For your custom shape, we’ll create a personalized cutting tool. So you can let your creativity run wild. Please note our minimum dimensions of approx. 10 x 10 mm.
- Add a hot foil stamping such as gold or silver, to highlight certain elements of your labels. Gilding will give your labels a special, original touch and help your product stand out from the crowd.
- During roll configuration you can specify the winding direction, core diameter and maximum roll diameter required for your label.
- After successfully uploading your print files and finalizing the order, your roll labels are usually delivered within 6 to 8 working days. You can follow the status of your order directly in your customer area.

Repositionable labels
At labelletiquette.fr, you’ll also find repositionable labels that can be repositioned or removed from your product without leaving adhesive residues. You can also opt for wash-off labels, also known as WLA labels, if your containers are returnable. Residue-free removal of adhesive labels is only guaranteed with an alkaline solution.
