How do I make transparent labels?
When properly positioned, self-adhesive transparent labels are an ideal solution for creating outstanding product packaging. Transparent labels also offer greater flexibility and lower entry costs than traditional screen printing (printing directly onto a bottle or jar), particularly when it comes to small to medium-sized runs. The concept of digital printing of labels and runs of different versions is also available for transparent labels. When all labels have the same shape and size, different designs and varieties can be printed in the same run. Print transparent self-adhesive labels
Printing white on a transparent label is a very common request. At labelletiquette.fr, we’re used to dealing with this type of request when printing your self-adhesive clear labels. To guarantee optimum print quality, so that your transparent labels remain legible in all circumstances, we print a first layer of opaque white. This layer of opaque white can remain as it is, i.e. white, or it can be used as a base for printing another color, which will be vivid and deep, not translucent.
White and CMYK colors aren’t the only things we can print on transparent self-adhesive labels. We can also print gold foil on your transparent self-adhesive labels: the wow effect is guaranteed!

Resistances of transparent labels
Transparent self-adhesive labels are waterproof and oil-resistant. The material used for self-adhesive clear labels is polypropylene (also known as PP film or vinyl). These transparent polypropylene labels are ideal for products that are subject to extreme conditions, and whose transparent label must remain legible, whatever the conditions of storage, handling or even during the product’s life cycle. The adhesive on our labels is also transparent. Once the transparent labels have been applied to your product, the adhesive will no longer be visible. Note that the “no label” effect is cancelled (becomes less transparent) if this material is coated with a “matt protective varnish ” or “matt or gloss film lamination “.
