Printing of metallic labels and stickers
As a high-end label printer, we offer you the possibility of producing metallic labels for brands, companies and products of all possible shapes and sizes in three different ways:
- Paper or metallic film
- Hot foil stamping
- Silver metallic ink
Each of these three methods can give very different results. We therefore recommend that you first request a free sample book and check each method against examples of finished labels. In addition, here you’ll find a quick overview of the different processes we use to create metallic labels.

Simulation of gilding on metallized surfaces
If you run a brand or a company with many different products or product versions, it makes sense to opt for digital printing for your label production. As long as the dimensions of your labels remain identical, we can combine and produce them in a single run, minimizing costs for you. To create metallic labels and stickers using the digital printing process, we take a metallic substrate, such as our metallic paper or PP film, and print the labels in four-color process (CMYK). Essentially, this means superimposing the metallic properties of the substrate (silver) and inks (such as yellow) to simulate gold. Looking for a metallic red? No problem, we simply print a red color on the same substrate.
Hot foil stamping
Hot foil stamping is the highest quality and most traditional finish we offer when it comes to metallic labels. Hot foil stamping is mainly used by high-end brands to create a luxurious-looking label for the point of sale. Think wine, cosmetics and luxury products in expensive glasses and bottles. Applying hot foil to your custom labels is a die-cutting process, not a printing one, and therefore more expensive to produce due to additional tooling and machine set-up costs. As a high-end label printer, we offer hot foil stamping as a standard process. You can therefore calculate costs directly on our website using our online calculator. In addition to the gold and silver hot foils shown in the calculator, we can offer you many other hot foil colors in matte or gloss. Simply send us an e-mail request. We’ll send you a quotation as soon as possible.
HP Indigo silver inks
In addition to the standard CMYK colors we use in our HP Indigo printing machines, we also have space for additional colors. As digital label printing advances, we can now offer you a silver spot color. We can use this silver ink in a similar way to the metallic substrates mentioned above. Why not combine a silver color with green to create a metallic green print?

Artwork correction
Label design has always been, and always will be, an important part of the label printing process. For companies that don’t have the resources to ensure that their artwork is ready for print, we offer an artwork service. You can choose between the standard and premium offer, depending on your needs.
Test print
For many reasons, your company may need a proof print before placing a full order for personalized labels. You can choose from a variety of proof print formulas.
Production Express
Our standard production time is 6 to 8 working days. However, we understand that companies sometimes need their custom roll labels faster. Our express production ensures production within 24 or 48 hours.
