The history of Distillerie du Viaduc
La Distillerie du Viaduc was born of our passion for spirits and a desire to promote France’s botanical heritage. Located in the heart of Paris, under the Viaduc des Arts, our adventure began with a clear vision: to create Parisian gourmet spirits using organic and French plants. Today, our distillery operates with a small, dedicated team, passionate about the art of distillation and the quality of our products.
Products and marketing
We offer a range of spirits, including gins, eaux-de-vie, and other unique creations such as beer, cider, and wine-based spirits, often resulting from collaborations with local artisans. We’re always on the lookout for new inspirations and collaborations. Recently, we developed a spirit infused with cocoa husks from the Plaq factory, a unique sensory experience reminiscent of extra-dark chocolate. An amusing anecdote is that our visitors are often surprised by the absence of added sugar in our products, emphasizing the purity and authenticity of the flavors.

Our products are available direct from our Paris boutique, online, and through collaborations with independent wineries, delicatessens and Michelin-starred restaurants. We favor short distribution channels to foster a direct relationship with our consumers and ensure the freshness and quality of our spirits.
Design
Our labels reflect our commitment to Parisian craftsmanship and design, with a restrained yet elegant aesthetic that appeals to both fine spirits enthusiasts and haute gastronomie chefs. We imagine our bottles on the tables of Parisian bistros, gourmet restaurants and enlightened spirits connoisseurs.
Support
We have opted for a paper with a water-soluble adhesive that allows labels to be removed easily. This is particularly appreciated by our customers who wish to reuse our bottles or who attach importance to recycling.
