What is a tamper-proof seal label?
Tamper-proof seal labels serve as a guarantee seal to protect the product. Terms such as freshness seal, closure label or guarantee closure are often used synonymously. For this type of label, the main front label is joined to the sealing label to create what is known as a guarantee seal. The result is a tab between the two parts of the label. If intact, it guarantees that the container has not been tampered with since it was packaged and sealed. On the other hand, if it is torn, it is no longer possible to guarantee that the product is in perfect condition.

Sealing labels are used wherever product freshness and closure are a top priority. For example, on glass food packaging, such as jam or honey jars. What materials does a sealing label consist of?
Paper is generally used for food labels. But in principle, a tamper-proof sealing label can be made of any material you like or want. However, take care that the label backing is not too strong, so that the consumer can easily open the package and tear off the tab. If, for example, a jar of honey needs to be sealed, a paper label is usually sufficient. Design
