Who are you and what makes you special?

I’m Florian, from the Digital Marketing department. What characterizes me? That’s always a difficult question, but I think I’m a cheerful person, with a lot of humor and enthusiasm.

What’s your career path?

At 18, I still didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do, so I chose to train in the retail trade. After my training, I worked for a year as a floor manager before moving into sales with a wholesaler.

It was at this point that my interest in marketing, and social networking in particular, began to grow. At the same time, I took courses in business economics, social network management and digital marketing. After two years in sales, I joined the labelletiquette.fr team.

How did you discover labelletiquette.fr?

My arrival at labelletiquette.fr came quite naturally: when I realized that my old job wasn’t quite right for me, I came across a job advertisement for a customer relations manager at labelletiquette.fr. The company’s young, dynamic image immediately motivated me to apply!

What’s your role at labelletiquette.fr?

I had the opportunity to move from customer service to online marketing with a specialization in social networks (my dream job!), and I’m now social media manager for labelletiquette.fr and its associated brands. My day-to-day work involves creating and analyzing content for different platforms. I also work on projects such as our new recruitment video.

What makes your work so special?

My favorite part of my job is the creativity. Creating content isn’t always easy, but I love researching interesting topics, coming up with new ideas and producing original posts or videos. I really appreciate the fact that, unlike many companies, labelletiquette.fr has created a full-time Social Media Manager position and takes it seriously. It’s not always the case, but in my opinion, it’s essential!

… and labelletiquette.fr as an employer?

In a word: the work atmosphere and state of mind! I like coming to work every day because it’s fun. I really identify with the company culture and the team. I also appreciate the fact that labelletiquette.fr doesn’t just offer career development opportunities, as my own career shows, but actively supports its employees through training. What about company parties? They’re always incredible!

What has been your highlight at labelletiquette.fr so far?

So parties are always a highlight! But apart from that, I’ve loved creating videos and publications for social networks. We’re currently working on a series of fun and informative reels about labels and all that surrounds them. We’ll be releasing them later this year.
