Production

Our modern production facility combines innovative technology with ecological optimization! At labelletiquette.fr, your labels are printed using digital technology with low CO₂ emissions, unlike offset. This not only cuts delivery times, but also minimizes polluting waste. No chemically treated metal printing plates are required. What’s more, printing machines require few adjustments, saving time, energy and materials.

Special adhesives

Reuse and recycle? labelletiquette.fr offers labels with special adhesives for easy removal after use, such as water-soluble or repositionable labels.

Water-soluble labels are designed to be removed during a cleaning process, without leaving glue or paper residues on the packaging. They are particularly popular for bottles.

Beekeepers also appreciate removable labels for their honey pots, so that the containers can be reused several times.

Label holders

Our labels are made from recycled or recyclable materials, or from renewable natural resources. Here are two examples: Crédit FSC® Mix hemp-based paper, which has a unique, rustic look and is made from 50% hemp grown in Western Europe.Ocean Bound” recycled PP film, made from plastic waste collected in coastal areas. 5 tips for more sustainable production

1. Opt for sustainable packaging Look for ways to reduce packaging media and use sustainable alternatives. For example, our packaging is made entirely from recycled paper, with shredded cardboard as the filler material.
2. Make sure it can be recycled Choose the right label for the packaging, so that it can be easily recycled. Are you using glass packaging without a deposit? Then opt for paper labels, which burn off during the glass remelting process. For plastic packaging, it’s essential to use labels made of the same material as the packaging, such as PE labels on PE bottles. These choices avoid rejects in recycling processes and minimize environmental impact.
3. Durability and quality Produce only products and use packaging that is long-lasting, reusable or easily repairable. Our removable labels are easy to remove, allowing your packaging to be reused.
4. Minimize waste Production waste must be managed responsibly and recycled. The aim is to reduce the amount of waste sent to household waste as much as possible. At labelletiquette.fr, cutting offcuts are vacuumed, shredded, recycled and reused.
5. Energy efficiency Choose energy-efficient machines and renewable energy sources. labelletiquette.fr uses 100% regional solar energy from a nearby solar park.
