Especially if you’re simultaneously applying a front and back label to your product in a single step, it’s a good idea to produce both labels one after the other on a single roll. These labels are then called alternate labels. For us to be able to print your alternate labels correctly, the front and back labels must be created on a common design surface:

It’s also important to define the height and width correctly: add the two widths of the front and back labels and add 5mm (space between labels) to this total. This will give you the final width of the document. The height is determined by the highest of the front and back labels.
