Our main aim is to satisfy our customers and provide them with high-quality, professionally printed labels. Here are our 3 tips for optimum printing results:
- Make sure that the print file has been created in accordance with our requirements and is ready for printing. Only a perfect print file will enable us to print your labels without any problems. Our information sheet on preparing print files contains all the information you need to create print files correctly. Find out what you need to pay attention to so as not to delay the printing of your order. Our additional services such as artwork service, tutorials and proofing service can also help you create optimally prepared print files, or get a taste of what your labels will look like in the end. Visit our print files page, where you’ll find an overview of all our services.
- Carefully select the materials on which you want to print your labels. Depending on the product, the area of application and the storage conditions, the substrate must meet specific requirements. These include moisture resistance, reliable adhesion in the event of contact with oil, a particularly durable material and much more besides. For inspiration, ask for our free sample book containing all standard materials and finishes. You’ll be able to test our papers and vinyl films live, and get an idea of which material is particularly well-suited to your application, or perhaps not at all.
- We look forward to hearing from you! If you have any questions or doubts about the choice of material, label design or printing in general, we’ll be happy to inform you and answer your questions competently and reliably. We may be an online label printer, but personal service and customer contact are very important to us and form a cornerstone of our success.
