Four generations of artisan pork butchers
Charcutiers from father to son for 4 generations, the history of our company began in the 1900s in Casablanca, Morocco, where our ancestors were pig breeders and charcuterie makers. Our charcuterie is produced in our workshop in Fourques (30), where we’ve been established for almost 25 years. Today, the company has been passed on to Mr and Mrs Perez’s 3 children, Mickael, Alexandra and Claudia. We’ve always worked as a family. The company now has 13 employees.
This year, we invested in new equipment to enable us to produce our jars in larger quantities and create new recipes such as caillette de taureau, pâté Andalou, pâté Oranais (a reminder of our origins…) and many other products. We also produce cured meats such as bull sausage and chorizo, and specialize in Spanish charcuterie, Soubressade, Longanisse…
“I would recommend labelletiquette.fr as a partner because the orders are very simple to place once you understand how the calculator works, and whatever problem I encountered, I was given a solution very quickly by email or phone call.”

Our products
Most of our products are sold directly to the consumer. We’re basically itinerant traders at local markets. Two teams leave every day with our store trailers to criss-cross the markets in our region. We also have our own store in Fourques (30) adjoining our workshop. Some of our products are sold by local retailers such as Saintes Maries de la Mer, Aigues Mortes… and this year we’d like to expand this area with new customers and develop sales of our jars. Our new labels have been designed with the intention of reaching a little more “young people”, because I think we’re in a period where the world wants to eat better, good products… and young people in particular have become aware of this. We also have a website more focused on the sale of Spanish/Oranian charcuterie, as there’s a very large community of pieds noirs all over France looking for this type of charcuterie, which isn’t made much in France any more.
Design
With the help of a young graphic designer with incredible artistic talent, we created a new visual identity for our company. Our logo is based on a drawing by my grandfather from the 1960s.
Matching labels create harmony and a pleasant visual effect on the sales shelves. We also have an image of our store, “graffiti” and little humorous drawings on the labels… Because we love a good laugh and a good joke at home.
Support
We chose matte white paper because the print appears more legible and the rendering is much clearer. What’s more, the paper is suited to our needs and continues to look good during use.
Challenges
We had few problems getting our labels: I just had to try a glossy label and a matte label to get the perfect label with the look I wanted… It turned out to be the “matte white paper” backing!
labelletiquette.fr your printing partner
I would recommend labelletiquette.fr as a partner because ordering is very easy once you’ve understood how the calculator works, and whatever problem I encountered was quickly resolved by e-mail or phone call. My fear of ordering was the lack of a contact person, which is not at all the case with you. I’m serene every time I place a new order because I know that whatever the problem, if there is one, it will be resolved quickly.
