The story
El Lechón Paris is both a personal and professional development project, and a vision born of a shared dream: to finally be able to welcome guests into our home and share our passion. Above all, it’s a family affair. Sophie and Bastien, both with 10-year careers in the luxury hotel industry, specializing in high-end catering in Paris, Geneva, London, Tahiti and Los Angeles, arrived at a professional crossroads.
The choice is simple: pursue a career in the big houses, or venture out on the exhilarating quest of being your own boss, opening your own place to welcome customers as friends, in a spirit of good cheer, and finally be able to combine quality and simplicity. It was when they sat around a table with their niece, Clémentine, that our trio came together. Having dabbled in a wide range of fields, from graphic design to catering and construction, she brings a fresh perspective to a project that is now shaped by six hands.
Our shared love of street food, travel, frank and exotic flavors, comforting and generous snacks, well-sourced and quality fresh produce, sharing and cooking from the heart naturally leads us to what we consider to be the ultimate culmination of on-the-go gastronomy:
The sandwich.
“What’s more, the printing of all 3 label versions was carried out in a single order, resulting in a more advantageous rate than ordering them separately.”
El Lechón
The design
To accompany our sandwiches, we now offer 3 different styles of 33cl beer. To develop these beers, we collaborated with the Paname Brewing Company, a craft brewery based in Paris since 2015. We selected 3 brews, and our graphic designer designed the labels to give them a unique identity. You can discover the design of our 3 labels Miami Sunset, Palma & Puerto Mariel on this page.

The label
At labelletiquette.fr, we’ve chosen the material 90 g Matte White Paper (FSC® Mix Credit) with a Protective Varnish – Matte finish for our labels. This paper base is ideal for labeling craft beers, and the varnish finish protects the print for a more resistant label. What’s more, all 3 versions of the labels were printed in a single order, which means a lower price than ordering them separately. And during the ordering process, we were able to select the core size, the number of labels per roll and the winding direction, so that the label rolls were perfectly adapted to the constraints of our brewer’s labeling machine.
