Shipping to Switzerland – Important information
Fast label production and delivery within the EU and Switzerland are part of our service. The production time depends on the current production volume and whether or not you need to order the tools required to produce your labels. Similarly, the production time indicated on the calculator is only valid if your files are ready for printing. If your files are incorrect or need to be modified, the production lead time will be extended accordingly.
Standard Production + UPS Standard Delivery to Switzerland :
- Lead time approx. 8-10 working days
- Delivery costs are calculated according to the weight of your order.
Express Production + UPS Standard Delivery to Switzerland :
- Lead time approx. 5-6 working days
- Delivery costs are calculated according to the weight of your order.
- Express Production surcharge of €50 + 25%.
What next?
Create a customer account and enter the corresponding delivery address in Switzerland. During the order process, the corresponding delivery costs are automatically displayed.
Please note: All transport taxes are already included in your shipping costs. Import fees are excluded.
Import VAT and customs clearance fees are the responsibility of the customer. These must be paid before delivery to the logistics provider in order to receive the goods.
How are delivery charges calculated?
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of your label order. For orders of 1,000 euros or more, we enclose three copies of the invoice with your shipment. For orders over 1,000 euros, we require an additional export declaration from customs. As we have simplified execution authorization, this is immediately available. For orders over 6,000 euros, we also require a EUR. 1 for you. This request, including the authorization, takes at least one working day.
