Data differs from the ordered format

Uploaded files differ from the ordered format. The file must be the actual size of your label, plus 2.5 mm bleed over the entire file. For example: If you want a label with dimensions of 100 x 100 mm, the final file must be 105 x 105 mm, including bleed.
