Labeller presentation

The labeling machine applies labels to bottles quickly, easily and cleanly. Simply switch on the machine, position the guide, press the foot pedal and insert the bottle, can or container. When you press the foot pedal, the unwinder on the Primera AP362e rotates. Once the label has been successfully applied to the bottle, simply remove it and insert a new one until all products have been labeled. The labeler works quickly and precisely, so there are no bubbles or creases when applying labels, thanks to the integrated spring-loaded pressure arm. Do you need high-quality packaging? Which labeller to choose?

Compared with the basic AP360e model, the Primera AP362e can apply two different labels to your product (e.g. a label and a back label on beer bottles). The integrated LED display shows the number of containers already labeled. The integrated, programmable memory can store the dimensions of different bottle sizes, as well as the distances between labels and back labels. This facilitates your production processes, especially if you regularly label different products. With the AP362e labeler, you can label up to 1,200 containers per hour.
