Who are you? Tell us a little about yourself.

My name is Francesco, and I enjoy finding solutions before problems even become… well, problems. What sets me apart is my passion for working with people, my curiosity, and the fact that I speak several languages. I sometimes switch from Italian to Spanish or English without even noticing!

What’s your professional background?

My career began in logistics before moving into customer service and facilities management. These experiences taught me how to stay organised, communicate effectively, and remain calm, even when lots of requests come in at once.

How did your path lead you here?

I was looking for an international company where I could make the most of my customer service experience and language skills. When I came across this opportunity, I immediately felt it was the right place to bring everything together… and I’ve been here ever since!

What is your role and what does your typical day look like?

I work in the International Customer Service team. My day is a mix of assisting customers, preparing quotations, checking artwork files, advising on materials, and turning the occasional “mission impossible” into a practical solution. In short, there’s never a dull moment!

What makes your job special?

For me, it’s the fact that every customer and every project is different. I enjoy supporting customers from their initial idea through to the finished product, always looking for the solution that best meets their needs.

…and what makes the company a special employer?

For me, it means working in a dynamic environment where collaboration is encouraged and there’s always something new to learn. And just as importantly, it’s a place where even the busiest of days are made fun because of the great team.

What’s one moment that really stands out for you?

Probably the moment I started managing customers from different countries independently. That’s when I realised just how important it is to build trust with people, regardless of the language they speak.
