Who are you and what makes you special?

Hello, my name is Denise. I’m a calm, thoughtful person. When I find myself in a new situation, I like to take my time before opening up completely. I like to listen to others and be there when someone needs help. For me, respect and kindness are essential in human relationships, and when I’m passionate about something, I get fully involved. Even when there’s a bit of chaos, I usually manage to keep things under control. And yes, sometimes I’m a few minutes late, but you can always count on me.

In my spare time, I like to keep active: I play tennis, beach volleyball and, when I can, wakeboard. I love learning new things and continuing to progress, but I also appreciate my routines, which give me a framework and balance.

What’s your career path?

A few months after my training, I decided to spend a year in New Zealand. It was an incredible and very enriching experience. In 2018, I returned to Germany with new friends and full of ideas for the future. Shortly after my return, I started a new job and, in the summer of 2020, joined the labelletiquette.fr team, where I still work today.

How did you discover labelletiquette.fr?

The company was already well known in the region and had an excellent reputation. I was looking for a new challenge and sent in an unsolicited application. At first, nothing materialized, but when the position that matched my profile opened up, they contacted me. I was really excited to be starting out in the customer service team.

What’s your role at labelletiquette.fr?

Since October 2023, I’ve been working in human resources thanks to an internal promotion. Before that, I was in Customer Services, but now I’m the person my colleagues turn to when an important or delicate matter arises. I’m in charge of recruitment interviews, integrating new employees, payroll management and all the organization behind each process.

No two days are the same: each day brings its own novelties and situations to deal with. And at labelletiquette.fr, training is very much encouraged, so I always have the possibility of continuing to evolve professionally and develop my skills.

What makes your work so special?

I’ve always found it natural to connect with others and understand their needs. In my job, this is essential, because trust is the basis of everything. Everyone is different, and this diversity makes my work interesting and stimulating.

What I like most is the working atmosphere. The atmosphere is very positive, and relations between colleagues are close, almost family-like. Even though it’s a job, it doesn’t always feel like one. There’s respect, lots of laughter and almost always someone with a little something sweet to share.

What has been your highlight at labelletiquette.fr so far?

It’s hard to pick just one. For me, what’s most special is the team atmosphere. At labelletiquette.fr, we make sure that everyone feels valued and comfortable, and there are plenty of perks too. Among my favorite memories are team events, such as summer or Christmas parties, when the whole team gets together to enjoy the moment and celebrate together.
